On Saturday, January 4, 2025, Coos Bay Fire Department will be making the rounds to collect Christmas trees from homes within the city limits – keeping your home safer and your cleanup easier.

How it works:

Simply place your tree by the curb before 8 a.m.– no need to call! Please consider leaving a canned food donation by your tree.

Most trees will be mulched by Les’ Sanitation, while others will be donated to the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife for stream enhancement and habitat restoration.

This service is completely free, but we’d love your support by offering a canned food donation by your tree. All donations will go directly to the South Coast Gospel Mission, helping local families in need.
